Product Detail

The full flanged cross is a four-way fitting with two horizontal outlets and two vertical inlets. It gets its name from one of its standard connections, the full flange connection, which joins two pipe sections together with screws and gaskets. Full flanged cross are often used in piping systems conveying liquids, gases or powders to help isolate or mix fluids in different directions. This type of cross fitting features flanges on all four ends, which allows for easy installation and secure connections to other piping components.

Application

Due to its high customizability and replaceability, full flanged cross are widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food and paper making and other fields. All Flanged Crosses are typically made of materials such as steel, stainless steel, cast iron or other high strength materials to support the high-pressure loads that can be encountered in industrial applications. They are used in a wide variety of industries including oil and gas, chemical processing, water treatment, HVAC, and manufacturing.

It is also widely used in piping systems in petrochemical, chemical fertilizer, metallurgy, and electric power industries.
